Our Mother Company: Heritage Hill Estates was established in 1999.  Since then, HHE has gone thru complete major site work and upgrading of homes in the competitive rental community located across the Cumberland County Mall off Delsea Drive.

Liberty Village II is a land lease community, started construction in 2018.  LV II is a 43 home, land lease community located in Landisville and is nearing completion for the summer 2024.  

Liberty Village III located in Minotola, has been approved for construction in 2024 and will be underway in the Spring.  Models to view our new 29 home community will be accessible in the summer.
